Why buy this home?

Situated in a quiet Close in one of Milton Keynes' most well-serviced villages, this four bedroom home is waiting for a new family.

Offering side-by-side parking, the driveway means there is no need to rearrange cars in the morning based on who is leaving first. A feature sure to be a big hit is the surprisingly spacious entrance hall. This space is so large thanks to a front extension which now means there is a superb space to welcome visiting guest. The living room is on the left of the hallway and can be laid out in numerous variations. The bay window is a lovely feature and is wide enough for a sofa rather than just an armchair. Opposite the living room is the door to the integral garage which means easy access to additional storage. This space could be used to host a chest freezer amongst other things, and also gives the potential to convert into further living space should the need arise.

At the back of the house is the kitchen which is cleverly split into two areas; one where the cooking equipment is and another which feels more like a utility space. These two areas provide ample worktop space and have views over the garden. A door leads to the formal dining room which is open-plan to the garden room which has been installed at the back of the house to take advantage of views over the garden. This is the perfect space to sit and enjoy the sunshine, as well as offering several areas when hosting family so different groups can break-off and have different conversations. Sliding doors open up to the rear garden where there is a patio and lawn.

Upstairs has similarities to downstairs in the form of the landing which mirrors the entrance hall in being an open, welcoming space. The master bedroom has built-in wardrobes around the bed area as well as the first of many ensuites. Bedroom two next door also has an ensuite as does the third bedroom meaning growing children can have their own space and privacy. The fourth bedroom is a generous single bedroom that a younger child would be more than happy with, or it could be a comfortable study. The family bathroom has a window and can be a dedicated relaxation zone thanks to the three ensuites.

More about the location...

Newton Longville is a village and civil parish in the unitary authority area of Buckinghamshire. The village is about 2 miles (3 km) south-west of Bletchley.

The main industry in the village between 1847 and 1991 was brick making. The village had a large brick factory, originally belonging to the Read family, becoming the Bletchley Brick company in 1923, and then taken over by the London Brick Company (LBC) in 1929. The works made Fletton bricks and distributed them all over the country. It was closed in November 1991 after Hanson Trust bought the London Brick Company.

Newton Longville Church of England Combined School is a mixed, voluntary controlled primary school, that takes children between the ages of four and eleven. It has slightly over 200 pupils.
