Why rent this home?

Designed for modern living, this semi-detached home has a family friendly layout and an impressive garden.

A wide entrance hall greets you as you walk through the front door which is nice and bright thanks to the tall glass window next to the door. The living room is on the left hand side which a nice size for cosy evening in front of the TV as a family. There is an under stairs storage cupboard and WC in the entrance hall before you enter the kitchen/diner.

The kitchen/diner itself stretches across the back of the house and is a great sociable space. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher and fridge/freezer as well as a gad hob and electric oven. There is also a useful separate utility room which has the integrated washing machine meaning noise is reduced.

The start attraction of this home is the sizeable rear garden seldom seen in modern homes. It has been beautifully landscaped with raised borders and a decked area at the rear making it the perfect place to sit and soak up the sun. Artificial grass makes it easy to maintain so you can enjoy the space rather than worrying about mowing the lawn.

On the first floor are three great size bedrooms. The smallest can still fit a double bed, otherwise it's a very comfortable single bedroom. Both the second and third bedroom are similar size doubles meaning no fighting over who gets the bigger room! A family bathroom completes this floor which is fully tiled around the bath and has an overhead shower.

The top floor is dedicated to the master suite which has an impressive vaulted ceiling. The owners have had wardrobes built-in which maximise the space due to the shape of the room. There is an ensuite with double shower as well as an additional storage cupboard for suitcases etc.

Parking is provided by a driveway to the side of the house and has a carport covering half of it which is ideal for winter mornings.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. ft Asda. The Turing Key pub has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
