Why buy this home.......

As you enter the hall there's a handy space to hang up coats and shoes before heading upstairs to the main living space.

At the top of the hallway to the left-hand side, you have the main living space with a fully integrated kitchen. The living space is a good size and you can comfortably fit a corner sofa or two sofas giving some natural separation between the kitchen and living room. Amtico flooring has been used throughout this space giving it a very premium feel whilst still being practical. As the room has dual-aspect windows it has a lovely light and airy feeling. Integrated appliances consist of a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and washing machine.

The second bedroom is perfect for a child's room however if you want to use this as a guest bedroom there's enough room for a double bed. The main bathroom is next to the second bedroom meaning if you had guests over they have their own place to get ready in the morning. This is finished off with modern grey tiles, a bath, a shower, and a glass screen.

The master bedroom is a very impressive size and can comfortably fit a king size or even a super king leaving enough room for draws and wardrobe. To finish this master off there's an ensuite that has the same stylish tiles as the main bathroom.

The current owner has made some modifications to the carport, this can now be used as an office, playroom, or even a snug.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq ft Asda. At the end of April 2019 the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
