Why buy this home?

As you enter this spacious apartment, you are first greeted with a good-sized hallway, which has a good sized storage cupboard and there is plenty of room to hang up coats and store shoes before entering the main living space.

With the naturally flowing layout, you head into the open plan living space. This room is a great size and has lots of space to have a large corner sofa or two separate sofa's if you preferred. as well as having a separate area to have a four seater table and chairs. As this room offers lots of different options, it would also be ideal for people that work from home as there would be plenty of room not only for a corner sofa, a dining table and chairs but also to accommodate a desk area as well if needed.

The kitchen area itself is really roomy and has a large window. It offers lots of cupboard space, integrated appliances including oven, four ring gas hob, cooker hood, full size fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

One of the highlights of the home is the size of the bedrooms. The master bedroom is a great size and can fit a king size bed as well as having space for wardrobes, either freestanding or installing built in wardrobes to really utilise the space in this room. The second bedroom is also a double, also allowing for a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a main family bathroom, with a three piece bathroom suite which is mostly tiled throughout and a shower over the bath with a glass shower screen.

Outside the property there is allocated parking for one car, as well as having plenty of extra parking to the front of the property. There is also solar panels on the building making it very energy efficient.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq ft Asda. At the end of April 2019 the Turning Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
