Having moved to Rayleigh in 1976, when my parents decided to move out of East London, I have a great knowledge of the area and how it has grown and changed over the years.
After 34 years of involvement, in both the property and financial services industries, one element stands out above all others is how ALL clients are treated, this needs to change NOW. this was the main reason for me joining Keller Williams, people come first, and that is every client, be they seller, buyer, landlord, or tenant.
My 2 sons, Graeme and Daniel and I attended the Fitzwimarc School, I have spent the past 17 years living on the Downhall Park estate, and many of you who live locally may know me from seeing my Irish Terrier dog (Rebus), walking me round Sweyne Park and various other routes he decides on when we go out.
Rayleigh is a fantastic place to live, the community spirit is alive and well, and traditional family values remain strong.
My wish, is that if I ever do decide to retire, is that one or both of my sons will carry on my legacy as being the community property person in Rayleigh, who helped people first and foremost, realise their dreams and aspirations.
I look forward to sharing your journey, to sell, let, purchase or rent your property.
